How to Place an Order
Shopping with us is easy! Browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and head to checkout. After you’ve entered your shipping and payment details, confirm your purchase, and we’ll send you an order confirmation email shortly.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, depending on item availability. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your order’s journey.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you've entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email or DM. We’ll update your details if the order hasn’t shipped yet. However, please note we aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address entries.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in original packaging, with all tags not removed . Just reach out with your order details, and we’ll assist with the exchange process.
Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds but provide store credit or exchanges for eligible items. Returned items must be in new condition with tags intact. Contact us for return instructions.
Received the Wrong Item?
If there was an error with your order, please email us at modistelabel@gmail.com or DM us at @modistelabel.co. We’ll arrange to send you the correct item at no extra cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged Items
